This year, with the creative flare of our PTA Treasurer – Anita Patel – we transformed the Old Primary Art Room into Frosty and Friends’ Funhouse. We had snowmen of all shapes and sizes – including a few who couldn’t cope with the weather conditions.
We’ve loved welcoming both Primary and Senior students into the shop this week and we still have one more day to go, on Monday 9 December. We hope the children have been able to keep their purchases from the Christmas Shop a secret – so far! We’re sure they will have as much pleasure in giving their gifts as they did shopping for them.
Many thanks to everyone who helped prepare the shop and to the parents who helped with wrapping gifts this week – we really do appreciate you giving your time to make this a memorable experience for the students.
As always, the Operations team have been fantastic in helping us decorate the room. Their creative talent is amazing! Thank you.
Please note there will be one last opportunity to win any remaining stock from the Christmas Shop, at the Christmas Fair on Friday 13 December, which will be held at the Main Hall Foyer and Level 1 walkway.
Finally, the PTA will be supporting the following events next week, selling mince pies and mulled wine.
Tuesday 10 December at the KS2 Christmas production of the BFG from 5pm
Thursday 12 December at the Christmas Concert from 5pm
We look forward to seeing you there!
